Praiseworthy shows your results in the feedback tab. Here you can see all feedback your team has generated. You can filter by positive and negative to understand what's going right or wrong.

You can also see your feedback requests log. This helps you understand how customers are engaging with your requests.

Each review ties back to the staff member and location that earned it. You read the review, see who delivered the experience, and see which campaign sent the request.

You can view individual staff/location statistics in their respective pages to gain a 90-day insight into engagement trends.

Your dashboard carries the headline numbers. You see reviews over time. You see engagement rate across the business. You see which staff members are driving results and which need coaching.

Feedback and reviews are not the same thing. Praiseworthy does not review gate, both happy and sad customers can go to your public review profile. Unlike most tools, we are complying with Google's ToS. This protects your hard-earnt reputation that the tool is meant to grow.

You act on what you see. A staff member with a low engagement rate gets coaching on the end-of-service chat. A location with strong results becomes the example for the rest. The data turns gut feel into a growth plan.
