What happens when your data comes in

Your customer data arrives one of three ways. An integration sends it automatically from a job event. A CSV import sends it when you upload a file. The API sends it when your system posts it. Every path ends in the same place.

Praiseworthy reads each record and looks for two things. The app looks for the location the job belongs to. The app looks for the staff member who did the work. The app matches both against records you already have.

A matched record moves straight into the review request flow. Praiseworthy ties the request to that location and that staff member. The request goes out on your timing. The review, when it lands, is attributed to the right person.

An unmatched record waits for you. A new staff identifier or a new location arrives that Praiseworthy has not seen before. The app holds the record and asks you to map it.

NOTE: All customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
