A campaign controls how Praiseworthy asks for feedback. The campaign sets the channel, the message, and the timing. Every review request runs through a campaign.


You choose the channel. Praiseworthy sends by SMS, by email, or by both. SMS gets higher engagement. Email follows up with those who are busy or forget.


You choose the timing. The first request goes out after the trigger fires. A follow-up goes out later if the customer does not respond. The follow-up sequence has two attempts, because most reviews come from a reminder rather than the first message. Praiseworthy also follows up once with customers who give feedback but don't tap through to a review site.


The app does not chase a review you've already earned. Customers can opt-out any time, so your customers never feel spammed.
