Connection problems and disconnecting

Last Update 6 hari yang lalu

Most connection issues come from one of a few places. The connection was not authorised fully. The trigger event has not fired yet because no job has reached that status. The customer record was missing an email and a phone number, so there was nothing to send to.

Start by checking your integration settings on the Praiseworthy site. The settings show whether the connection is active and when ServiceM8 last sent a job through. A recent timestamp means the connection is working and the issue sits elsewhere, often in the trigger or the customer data.

A job that should have sent but did not usually traces to data. A job with no contact details cannot generate a request. A job carrying the #dnc tag is skipped on purpose. A job that has not yet reached your trigger status has simply not fired.

You disconnect Praiseworthy from your integration settings on the Praiseworthy site. Disconnecting stops ServiceM8 from sending new jobs to Praiseworthy. For anything you cannot resolve here, contact Praiseworthy support, and check the integration help guide for your specific issue.
