You start the connection from your ServiceM8 Online Dashboard. Open the ServiceM8 Add-on Store and find Praiseworthy. Tap Connect on the Praiseworthy listing.
ServiceM8 then asks you to authorise the connection. The authorisation screen shows what Praiseworthy can access in your account. You review the access and approve it. This step uses OAuth, so you never share your ServiceM8 password with Praiseworthy.
Praiseworthy receives a secure connection to your account once you approve. ServiceM8 sends you to the Praiseworthy site to finish setup. The next article covers creating your account and subscribing.
Your connection is now live on the ServiceM8 side. ServiceM8 will tell Praiseworthy whenever a job reaches the status you choose. For ServiceM8 you can send review requests when a job is "Completed" or the job's invoice has been paid in full.
