Your data starts flowing once the connection is live. Praiseworthy matches each customer to your business location, and works with multi-location branches or brands. The app matches each customer to a staff member when your data includes one. Most records match automatically.


Some records need a one-time mapping. A new staff identifier or a new location arrives without a match. Praiseworthy holds that record and asks you to map it. You map the name to an existing record or create a new one. The app remembers your choice and never asks again for that identifier.


Your first review requests go out once data flows and matching is complete. New customers continue to flow as your team finishes jobs. The review requests continue automatically.
 

Requests will flow out as long as a location matches. This is because locations store your review profiles. Staff can be matched retroactively for analytics. We recommend matching staff as soon as possible for maximum personalisation in messages.
