How feedback requests work

A feedback request follows a simple path. Your staff finish a job and deliver a great experience. A trigger starts the flow. Praiseworthy builds the message. The customer leaves a review.

The trigger depends on your setup. A connected integration fires the trigger from a job event, such as a completed job or a received payment. A manual import starts the flow when your customer data arrives. You choose the trigger that matches how you work.

Praiseworthy sends the request on your timing. The app sends the first message by SMS or email. We follow up twice if the customer does not respond. Customers can opt-out anytime, saving your reputation and goodwill.

When customers engage with the links sent via SMS/email, they are shown a feedback screen. Once they interact with the feedback screen, they are marked engaged and sentiment is recorded. They are then prompted to leave a review.

Each request ties back to a staff member and a location when that information exists. This link shows you which staff member earned each review, as well as track engagement rate per staff. This link lets you coach the right people and compare performance across staff/locations.

NOTE: Praiseworthy does not review gate or review steer. We are Google ToS compliant.
